My husband Daniel and I were referred to Anita by a friend and we couldn’t be more pleased with her services. Right from the beginning she was always very prompt in her communication back and forth, which my husband and I so appreciated as we were in a bit of a time crunch. I will start by saying We Anita. We met Anita back on 2021. Immediately you will realize Anita is not like anyone else. She doesn’t see $$$,  she sees a client with a story and she listens. We sold our Winnipeg home and purchased a beautiful home in the RM of Ste Anne. Anita immediately became a forever friend. March of 2022 we lost my husband to cancer. Anita reached out and was a support and friend during my worst days. Anita was patient and understanding and never pushed me into anything I didn’t want to do. Selling and buying a house is hard.  When grieving it’s even harder.  I needed someone who was compassionate and understanding and saw the beauty in my home that I saw. When I called Anita she reassured me everything would be okay and immediately started working on selling my home. Once my home was sold the hunt was on for a new place.  Anita met me everywhere I wanted to go.  She always brought an energy that pumped me up.  I really enjoyed viewing houses with Anita. She knows her stuff and will tell you straight which is what you want when you are making a major life decision. When we found THE house she took the time and showed me around the town. She had recommendations, names and numbers for everyone I needed to complete the sale and purchase.
